I purchased a pair or Oakley prizm glasses that are fake I took them to surf dive and sky and when I collected the glasses I noticed the right temple didnt state the were made in USA they were blank Ive been buying Oakley for years plus other Oakley products and never had an issue like this I want a replacement please thank you kindly Julie _Anne Weller

This is the 3rd time now that luxoticca has refused to stand behind their product. Bought a custom pair of Oakley Batwolf shades 14 months ago, well within their 2 year warranty time frame.

Dogear at the hinge broke just siimply opening them up in my truck where they stay. Lens has cracks in both bottom corners which is nill. Submitted a warranty claim and they claim accidental damage. Screw anything luxoticca branded.

I wont ever buy another pair of oakley, ray bans, costa's ect for the rest of my life. I've been a life long customer to the oakley brand, have bought maybe 10-12 pairs, numerous pairs of raybans as gifts, costas for backups in the truck.

Never again. Their quality has went down the *** Can't even talk to a real human on the phone or even through emailing.

Hi

I have purchased 2 sunglasses, one Prada and one Rayban sunglasses at a store in West Plano, 75024.

For both of these, I did not use it for over 6 - 8 month. When i checked it, I saw the film is removing for both.

I have spent over $400 for each pair and will expect better quality.

(I don't see an option to attached photos of the sunglasses, let me know how can I send the photos of the sunglasses).

I have trusted your brand and often buy glasses for them.

Not sure if the quality has been depreciated within recent year. I always keep them in its cover and in top notch condition.

I don't have the receipt but let me know what the option are to replace / return or refund it.

Let me know if more details are required.

I received a letter stating that you've been trying to reach me, yet you could send me a letter but can't reach me. We go through this every single year. I do not understand why you cannot get my address into your system, yet you can send me a letter.

Preferred solution: I'd like to speak to someone as to why you can send me a letter that you've been trying to reach me but yet I'm trying to call your office and I can't get through your stupid phone system. I need help obviously you're not providing customer service.

determine it was a total scam. They got it cancelled and it was taken care of.

Only a chat not a person to talk with.

I told the problem and they kept saying sorry. I told them I have an account number and they didnt want it.

I just couldnt get anywhere with this awful company. They told me to talk with lens crafters and I said I did. I told them Lens Crafters has no information on this order.

They never were involved. They said they could not help me and pushed me off to another chat person.

Nothing was resolved.

My credit card company is investigating it. But now they cancelled my card.

What a mess!

My husband purchased glasses sold by you to brown thomas (st patricks st cork store) dolce gabbana ones and they fell apart. Now brown thomas wont do anything about it. I can send you pictures and alot of them seem off with the authentication of glasses but you company's name was on the box so i assume you supplied them.
